   Stop 1: Pull right up

   We're at 201 S. Cardinal Hill Rd in Rochester, with parking right out front.

   Stop 2: Check in at the front desk

   A friendly face at the desk, and your pet's name on our welcome board.

   Stop 3: Head to an exam room

   Each exam room has elements of fear-free medicine to reduce stress for both you and your pet: calming paint colors, non-slip surfaces, white noise, and calming pheromones. We have one exam room just for cats, which they love!

   Stop 4: The treatment area

   This is where we do nail trims, vaccines and blood draws, with the whole team close by. Some pets are less stressed when they can't see their people, so we may do their visit back here. There's a window in the door, so you can watch if you'd like.

   Stop 5: Our in-house lab

   IDEXX analyzers on site let us run many lab tests during your visit.

   Stop 6: The pharmacy

   We stock common medications, plus flea, tick and heartworm prevention, right here.

   Stop 7: Surgery & dentistry

   A dedicated surgery suite with anesthesia and patient monitoring.
